6 भावनाओ को बाहर निकलना

7 नशीली चीज़ों का सेवन न करे

मै बहुत दिनो से परेशान हू पिछले सात दिनो से खाना नही खाया पेट खाली खाली खाली सा रहता है कुछ करने का दिल नही कर रहा है । किसी काम को लेकर मेरे अन्दर घबराहट होती है कल के बारे मे सोचता हू तो आकस्मिक चौक सा जाता हू कि कल क्या होगा अगर हम काम नही करेंगे तो पैसा कहा से मिलेगा पेट कहा से भरेगा बहुत ही गरीब महसूस कर रहा हू कभी-कभी सोचता हू कि हमारा इस दूनिया मे कोइ नही है क्या करूंगा जी कर, पूरा परिवार है फिर भी इतने लोगो के होये होते हुए भी मै अपने आप को अकेला महसूस कर रहा हू ।अगर कोई व्यक्ति कहता है की यहा काम वहा काम है करोगे तो पहले ही जी घबराने लगता है कि कैसे करूंगा रोज जाना पड़ेगा रोज वही काम होगा तो मै कैसे कर पाऊंगा यही सोच सोच कर के मै दुबला पतला हो गया हू लोग मेरी हालत देखकर लोग हसते है अगर उन लोगो को अपनी मजबूरी बताओ तो कहते है हिलाल है कोई काम नही करना चाहता बहाना बना रहा है ।ऐसा लगता कि हमारा कोई नही है । अपने को खोने का मन कर रहा और हा मै एक एजुकेडेड इन्सान हू अगर सर दो तीन दिन मे इसका कोई साल्यूशंस नही मिलता है तो अपने जीवन से अलविदा बोल दुगां लोग सोचेंगे कि एक और इन्सान जिन्दगी से हार गया। जय हिंद ।
